For nearly 30 years, our manufacturing facility has been committed to maintaining the highest standards in safety, health and environmental (SH&E) performance while positively impacting the community in which we operate.

Cilegon, Indonesia plant

Our carbon black plant has been operating since 1988, positioning us well to serve the growing number of tire manufacturers who have migrated to Southeast Asia in recent years. Our rubber carbon blacks produced at our two manufacturing units are exclusively sold to tire manufacturers, making our site a key long-term player in this critical region of the world.

Our approximately 70 employees have a long history of active participation in the local community, and we have provided donations to assist medical facilities, educational institutions and other related projects.

Our newly opened black masterbatch and conductive compounds facility is co-located with our existing carbon black plant. Our black masterbatch and conductive compounds plant is over 6,000 square feet and encompasses production lines, a laboratory, and warehousing capabilities. It is one of the largest plants in Asia Pacific South to manufacture masterbatches and conductive compounds.

The new facility incorporates state-of-the-art technologies, integrated site economics, reduced waste, and the use of recovered waste heat energy from the carbon black facility.

The plant produces PLASBLAK® black masterbatches and CABELEC® conductive compounds to serve customers in the Asia Pacific North and South regions in the automotive, electronics, infrastructure, agriculture, and packaging segments.
