Our office is located in Boston's Seaport District near many of the city's significant historical, cultural and technological landmarks. As a leader in technology innovation for the infrastructure, consumer, environment and transportation industries, we were one of the first companies to join Boston's "Innovation District," a neighborhood specifically designed to foster collaboration, innovation, growth and entrepreneurship.
Our team of around 100 employees perform a variety of business-critical functions, from finance and human resources to investor relations, global supply chain, purchasing and more.

Courageous Sailing’s Corporate Challenge
For the past three years, the Cabot Foundation has partnered with Courageous Sailing to sponsor their Courageous Steps to Lead program.
As part of the Steps to Lead program, Boston Public School students experience sailing as a platform to develop leadership skills, gain confidence, explore Boston Harbor, and delve into hands-on science. This Challenge supports Courageous Sailing’s youth programming, which helps to ensure that kids from all walks of life can experience the life-long learning opportunities and growth that sailing offers.
Community Servings
Our Boston and Billerica colleagues volunteered at Community Servings for the second year, where they actively engaged in helping to provide medically tailored meals to individuals and families in need.
Community Servings frequently hosts corporate volunteer groups in their production and packaging kitchens to help their team peel and chop veggies, portion soups, stews, and salads, and package meal bags for people across Massachusetts experiencing critical and chronic illnesses. We had the important job of packaging meals to be delivered to individuals and families.
Massachusetts Science & Engineering Fair
For over 35 years, we have proudly sponsored the Massachusetts Science & Engineering Fair (MSEF) to help advance STEM education. Participating students in the MSEF fairs represent more than 70 public and private schools across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
At the State Fairs, students present their research completed throughout the year and are assessed by teams of volunteer judges - STEM professionals from industry and academia, who review each presentation and discuss the research and design work with the students. Winning projects are eligible for monetary awards, patent awards, college scholarships, research internships and other prizes.
Horizons for Homeless Children Field Trip
Volunteers from Cabot’s Boston office recently brought nearly 15 children from the nonprofit Horizons for Homeless Children, for a day of fun and exploration at the Museum of Science.
The children, aged 3-5 were from the organization's early education centers, which work to close the learning and developmental gap for young homeless children. During their museum trip, the students and volunteers went on an arctic adventure, explored dinosaur fossils up close, discovered animal habitats in New England, learned about science all around them at the park and much more.
Run for Recovery
We were proud to sponsor the Boston Bulldogs Run for Recovery 5K race. Boston Bulldogs is a local non-profit running club that provides support to those battling addiction, those in recovery and family and friends who have been affected by addiction.
